With over 12 years of experience in the field of education as a counselor, and as the Director of my own venture, Admission Lords, I have always believed in empowering individuals through the right guidance and opportunities. My journey has been defined by leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to helping others grow and succeed. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about animal welfare and environmental protection. As an animal lover and a nature enthusiast, I continuously strive to stand for and protect the voiceless as well as preserve the natural world around us. I firmly believe that true humanity lies in compassion—not only for people, but for every living being and the environment we all share. As a Trustee, I am dedicated to strengthening our vision, expanding our impact, and inspiring collective action. With over 7 years of dedicated grassroots experience in the NGO sector, my journey has been rooted in compassion, action, and a strong commitment to social impact. Alongside my work in the social sector, I am a professional website designer and entrepreneur, leading my ventures—Admission Lords and Employzes. These experiences have shaped my strategic vision, strengthened my leadership, and enabled me to bring innovative and result-oriented approaches to our mission. i believe that true change comes from a blend of empathy, collaboration, and forward-thinking. Mrs. Vanshika Sharma (Project Manager)
Vanshika Sharma is a highly accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record of overseeing a diverse portfolio of both international and national-level projects within the development and corporate sectors. Her expertise lies in the end-to-end execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives, ranging from global inclusive healthcare and disability programs to large-scale national rural development and livelihood enhancement schemes. She has successfully spearheaded high-impact CSR collaborations with international embassies and major national corporations, as well as specialized government-backed initiatives focused on women’s empowerment and community growth. Recognized for her strategic excellence, she was honored with the Chairman’s Trophy in 2023 for her outstanding contributions and Employee of the year 2025 to organizational success and donor relations. Beyond her corporate achievements, Vanshika is a World Record Holder and a 2nd Dan Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon, South Korea, reflecting a unique level of discipline, leadership, and perseverance. Shrinkhla Jagga serves as the Project Coordinator at Helping Humanity Trust, bringing with her a thoughtful blend of academic insight, compassionate leadership, and unwavering dedication to social impact. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and a strong foundation in sociology, she approaches every initiative with a deep understanding of community dynamics and human behavior. Her ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical execution allows her to design and oversee initiatives that are both meaningful and sustainable. Known for her positive outlook and warm, approachable personality, Shrinkhla fosters an environment of trust and collaboration within her team and the communities she engages with. Her jolly nature brings energy and motivation to the workplace, while her empathy enables her to connect deeply with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am Shekhar Prajapati, serving as the Social Media Manager at Helping Humanity Trust. With five years of experience in video editing and a strong foundation in cinematography, I lead the organization’s digital storytelling and online communication strategy.
I focus on building clear, impactful narratives that amplify our initiatives across children’s welfare, education, and animal well-being. My background in visual production allows me to create content that is both emotionally resonant and strategically structured to drive engagement and awareness.
Outside of work, photography sharpens my visual perspective, while gaming and long-form discussions deepen my understanding of audience behavior and communication dynamics.
